The space
Ground floor: A sleek hallway leads you into the maisonette.
First floor: An open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting room. The kitchen includes a pod coffee machine, dual ovens, grill, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, five-ring gas hob and double Ninja air fryer. Full-length glass doors open onto a private patio with a table and chairs for eight — ideal for evening drinks and sunset views over the Avon Valley. The dining table seats eight, with two sofas, a bench seat and a wall-mounted TV.
Second floor: The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a single bed, four large built-in wardrobes, a safe and a dressing table/workstation. The luxurious ensuite features a rain shower, toilet, washbasin and freestanding bathtub with views over the Avon Valley.
Third floor: Two further bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. Bedroom two has two single beds, a dressing table/workstation and full-length mirror. Bedroom three has a queen-size bed plus a single bed, a dressing table/workstation and movable full-length mirror.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are on the ground floor. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided in the master bedroom.
